Eating Raw While In College (And After!)

WATER

A gallon a day keeps the doctor away!!
(Just not all at once.... ;))

Drinking at least one glass of water first thing in the morning does the following:
--It oxygenates and alkalizes the body (which makes sense because water is mainly oxygen)
--Wakes up the body and rejuvenates the organs by flushing them out and working out the toxins that have been sitting around all night
--Jump starts the metabolism (thereby promoting weight loss)
--Curbs coffee, sugar and soda cravings
--Hydrates and cleanses
--Keeps skin fresh, dewy and vital

Try this tomorrow morning: Right after you wake up, 1) use the restroom and 2) drink a glass of water immediately after. Wait about 1/2 an hour, or preferably until after you need to use the restroom again, until you eat breakfast or ingest anything else. During that 1/2 an hour meditate, go for a walk, work out, do yoga, breathe deeply, write in your journal, paint... etc. Just express yourself and move in some way.
♥ Feel the difference and vitality of your body from that one change. :) Then decide whether or not to make it a daily habit.
